Meaningful work leading to
a rewarding career

Would you like to be part of a team of highly skilled, experienced behavioural therapists who are passionate about improving the lives of children and families? ABAlink is uniquely structured to develop your skills while offering real opportunities to advance in the company. Watch Shreya’s story and see how she went from university student to Junior Therapist to Senior Therapist in just two years.

Our Managing Director, Christina Campbell, has real world ABA experience with her own son. Her personal journey puts her in a unique position to understand the needs of our clients and develop the capabilities of our staff. Christina’s son, Logan, was diagnosed with autism at two and a half, and as she navigated the labyrinth of autism services she formed the firm belief that early behavioural intervention therapy offers the greatest opportunity for life-changing results. In 2020, Logan finished high school and began working as a volunteer at Taronga Zoo.

Working at ABAlink is more than just a job; we have an unrivalled structure in place to set you up for a long and successful career in behavioural therapy. You will be part of a vibrant team of talented Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA)®, Program Supervisors, Senior Therapists and Junior Therapists. We are a close-knit, collaborative team who are always learning through research and shared experience; your professional growth and development is guaranteed.

Everything we do at ABAlink is based on our core values:

  • We value the expertise of our team and are committed to ABA as an evident-based science to deliver desired goals and outcomes
  • We are committed to making a difference by working together to create meaningful change in the lives of children and their families
  • We are committed to continuous improvement to consistently provide the best experience to our clients and staff
  • We provide a respectful, inclusive and safe environment for everyone and we don’t comply for the sake of compliance

If you are pursuing a degree studying psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, education or other related fields, becoming an ABA therapist is the perfect way to get hands-on experience. Both casual and regular work is available for a minimum of 6 hours per week, and it is fully flexible to suit your schedule.

ABAlink believes both theoretical and practical training are essential for our Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapists. ABAlink offers a comprehensive behavioural therapy training program online through Rethink, followed by full day practical workshop lead by one of our Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA)®. Even more important than training is your genuine passion for working with children with autism and other developmental delays.

The introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has lead to a significant increase in access to behavioural support for children and their families, meaning ABA Therapists are in high demand not just in Sydney, but across Australia and the world. This is a career path that is emotionally rewarding and offers long term job security.

Take the first step to becoming a therapist and gaining accreditation by enrolling in our online ABA training course.

If you are a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)®, Senior Therapist or certified Junior Therapist working in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), we would love to hear from you. As a company, we are expanding faster than ever and are always looking for talented therapists to join our team.

ABAlink services children and families across the suburbs of Sydney and the Greater Western Sydney Region. We can offer rewarding career opportunities, stable employment, ongoing professional development and flexible schedules to suit your availability.
