• You will be part of a collaborative team of talented experienced therapists
• You will always be learning through ongoing training and shared experience with options in group environments ( Little Links) or One on One Therapy in the field
• As a permanent employee you will be developed against our Skill Matrix  and regular Personal and Performance Goals discussions
• Have a Client Scheduling team focused on planning schedules to fit you – be it location or flexible time to suit your availability
• Have the comfort of being an Employee and knowing that we care about you, will provide on the job training  and care about your safety and well being

If we hire you as a permanent behavioural therapist, you will be part of:

• ‘In Clinic Fridays’ for professional development, team bonding, shared learning sessions and admin
• When eligible, benefit from 4 days paid professional development per year
• Have the opportunity to participate in group training on topics important to our team and our families e.g. Mental Health First Aid
• If eligible qualify for Supervision for RBT, BCaBA or BCBA
• Participate in Industry Forums from time to time
