What is an incident?

Our Incidents and Complaints Management Policies provide guidance to anyone who wishes to notify us of an incident or make a complaint.

There are several ways to report an incident to ABAlink:

Our employees are able to make an incident report online through our WHS system.

ABAlink will undertake an investigation within 2 working days.

ABAlink is a NDIS registered provider and works within the Standards and Quality Guidelines.
