Welcome

ABAlink & Respite Services is Australia's First Employment agency and Recruitment source for Applied Behaviour Analysis Therapists (known as ABA Therapists), Teachers Aides and Respite Workers, catering to families of children with Autism and behavioural problems found on the spectrum.

ABAlink is an independent service that is owned and co-ordinated by Christina Campbell, an experienced professional in the recruitment industry, who is an ABA mum herself and understands the demands of running an ABA program

Our focus is to minimize the often overwhelming stress of finding ABA therapists, which often arise for parents when starting an intensive therapy program.

With solid recruitment processes, and an experience based ranking scheme, we pride ourselves on finding the best placement for everyone involved meeting all required needs.

This enables parents to achieve peace of mind and have confidence that the therapists we place are pre-screened ready for work.

Efficiently sourcing, training and placing workers with families across Sydney, ABAlink employs and manages all therapists placed on your team.

Our therapists are trained by various providers and come to us via advertising, recruitment drives, referral or word of mouth. We are open to assist families no matter who their provider is.

Background checks are performed through NSW Commission for Children and Young People, and are kept on file in their Personnel Records.

All therapists are direct employees of ABAlink and therefore are not available to take any private work from the families that they are engaged with via ABAlink & respite services.

FaHCSIA  has assessed our organisation as being eligible for membership of the Early Intervention Service Provider Panel under the Helping Children with Autism package.

This means that you will now be able to claim your therapist costs irrespective of which service provider you are using if you are eligible to receive the funding.
